"Army"

I made some funny photos through photo-shop with my friend's help. Can you recognize what these photos mean?

When I walk on shibuya or shinjuku street, I can see a lot of girls wearing military looks. They might like to wear green color jacket with printing military uniform.

Every Korean guys involved in me hate really hate military print and green color fashion clothes because most of Korean guys should serve in army for two years, 730 days. Most worst thing is that we need to go to army between 20 to 30 years old. It is most bright time in whole life. In Korea, joke realted with army is worst slang in Korean guys society. You guys come from other countries never image that, but it is true though...

Therefore, Korean guys never wear military style even though military trend is in the groove this year. If you have plan to work for fashion industry, I am asking you a favor that you don't have to bring military style into Korea without super brave !!! it can let them remind horrible barrack life while serving in army.

I also have been there for two years. I had not went away from my hometown before going to army. While serving in army, I met a lot of friends and had good experiences. It is useful thing in my life. However, I won't never mention about it again because I felt really bad emotion when writing blog post.

Stop talking it to Korean guys. These is worse slang than nightmare or Fuxx.

When I did second blog-spot assignment, I found a lot of picture of girl group. Most of them are under 20 years old. However, they are wearing extremely revealing dress on stage to attract fans' attention. There are many girl groups in Korea and Japan. They have pretty face and slim body. But problem is that every members of girl group have almost same proportion. They compete against other all girl group members. In addition, their popularity is banded according to fashion and visual appearance even if they are involved in same group. Due to this situation, their clothes become revealed and flashily more and more to receive attention.

Recently, revealing dress code is refrained by broadcasting station, especially in music program stage, in Korea. Viewers want members of girl group not to wear dress flashily because they are pretty much young, and they are often forced to wear revealing dress for entertainment agency that they are belong to.

I also enjoy watching music program on television to see girl group. As we know, they are trying to show themselves to viewers. However, music industry is really competed world. They have to inform their music and performance to people. I hope that they do not become just commercialization in the entertainment world. They are young and do not have right of choice.

Despite the gender, clothes are the best means to appeal themselves. Fashion can make people to have confidence and to appear trustworthy. Surely for women putting make up is a way to attract people and to improve their appearance.

2. Celebrities should pay attention to their dress code. They    are often judged by bloggers and viewers as the best or worst dresser.

Due to the developed social network, celebrities should pay attention to their dress code even when they go to the airport, to a restaurant and a convenient store. If they dress well, their clothing will be a fashion icon on which people support. However, if they do not, their fashion is robbed right and left consistently.

                  I have been studying for a year and a half in Japan. When I came to Japan for the first time, it was hard to meet Korean culture. However, many Korean teenagers were eager to Japanese culture such as animation, music and manga.

                  However, now it is easy to access Korean music in Japan. Korean girl groups are on Japanese television show programs and commercials and it indicates the spread of Korean culture in Japan.

                  Korean girl groups are working in various fields. Girl’s generation, Kara, and 2NE1 are representative of Korean music girl groups. Their music is often located in a high rank on a music chart, and many people see, listen, and sing their music through “You Tube”. The reason why Korean girl groups are popular in Japan is that they have powerful performance and great proportion compared of Japanese girl groups I think. In addition, Paris Hilton, most famous celebrity in the world, posted 2NE1 music video on her blog with comment “why U.S cannot make singer like 2NE1” and it became really a hot issue in Korea. Recently, the concert was held in Paris successfully. It shows that the Korean music has become well known around the world.

                  The people who enjoy listening to Korean music also show curiosity on girl group’s fashion, activity, and even their comments. Few years ago, Japanese fashion, known as Harajuku Fashion, was popular among Korean teenagers. Now in an opposite situation, where Korean culture is coming to Japan.

                   Recently, number of friends asking about Girls’ generation and Kara has increased. It is really good news to hear that people who do not know well about Korea have curiosity on Korean culture along the spread of Korean girl groups’ music. I hope that this current situation is not only a temporary trend, and it keeps to grow constantly as a cultural icon.

Using Internet as bad method



I found interest true event about Internet in my country Korea.

At first, reader have to know this word Bon-jwa. This word means that one who considers and labels himself the master of a particular field.
In 2006, a man by the name of Kim Bon-jwa made enormous profit by spreading Japanese porn videos through P2P sites.
Not only did he upload porn videos, he also posted personal reviews, actress profiles and characteristic of porn video firms. He gained instant popularity, diligently uploading massive amounts of videos each day with a large group of followers.
Kim, who was a user of "Toto Disk", started to upload Japanese porn videos on "Toto Disk" amd was able to earn tens of thousands of dollars in a short period.
He was soon scouted by a P2P site called "Sega Disk" with cantract of $3,000/month salary and a 50% profit from the videos he uploaded. However, this contract was soon breached as "Sega Disk" did not pay him the promised salary.

He was arrested by police on charge of the illegal distribution of Japanese porn vidoes. Especially, Bon-jwa Kim is remembered for his really famous quote on arrest, "only those who do not have porn videos on their hard-disk deserve to throw a stome at me!!". The story goes that no one could say a word.
Spreading illegal Japanese porn videos remains a serious problem as hundreds of copycats continue to appear and teenagers are easy to access to porn videos after the incident of 2006.
